To better service our customers, Level Mount has adopted a ticket system to help you submit a research request for the status of your rebate. On the next page you will be asked to create a new ticket concerning your research request. After you create this ticket, you will be issued a ticket ID #. PLEASE write this number down, as it will identify you for all further communication.
* Only create one ticket per item purchased. multiple tickets per item will create confusion that can delay your response.
* All tickets are responded to in the order they are received. Most tickets are answered the same or next business day.
* Please use the “My Tickets” link on the next page if you have created a ticket in the past and you have further questions. DO NOT CREATE A NEW TICKET as this will only delay your response.
